Chef Tuck Curren and his wife Kate grew up in New York surrounded by their Italian heritage – Kate’s family emigrated from Italy and her grandparents were so immersed in Italian culture they never spoke English.

The staff of this family-owned, casual restaurant welcomes its customers like they would welcome guests into their home. This atmosphere carries over to the staff who are as much of a part of the family as anyone — all employees have worked for Biga for 15 years or more.

Diners can be sure that spending an evening at Biga will give them more than just a meal, it will give them a dining experience they won’t want to end.
